Our History...

CU*NorthWest was founded in 2005 by 4 credit unions in Spokane Wasingtonas a wholy credit union owned CUSO .  Our primary goal is to provide credit unions with leading edge information technology solutions and tools necessary to grow and aggressively compete in a competitive financial marketplace. 

The formation of CU*NorthWest was sponsored by CU*Answers (a 35 year old CUSO in the midwest). CU*Answers is also owned exclusively by credit unions and provides services to over 160 credit unions nationally, representing over 1.5 million members and $8.0 billion in credit union assets. By extending CU*Answers business model regionally, CU*NorthWest can offer a wide array of solutions channeled through a single unified network with common goals and values. 

CU*NorthWest provides direct data processing services through it's state-of-the-art facility in Libery Lake Washington using the CU*Base GOLD core processing software and associated suite of product solutions.  CU*NorthWest is the northwest regional 'node' of a national network of credit unions and CUSO's (cuasterisk.com).

Now serving over 14 credit unions in the northwest, CU*NorthWest is growing agressively throughout the region.  Our success however is measured not by how many credit unions we process, but the relative ability of those credit unions to compete with products and services in their respective markets.  Although ownership is NOT a requirement, CU*NorthWest is now owned by 10 credit union clients in the region and growing.
